  1. I would like to complain about the major disservice ,discourtesy and duplicity of the cashier Joshua Ligan & Kitchen OIC Donna Samonte! We ordered for PLM 12 or#0000022290 term 4 around 7:30 actual punching in register was 7:48pm.After punching in Joshua said the deserts were no longer available.I asked why we wasted time ordering about an item that's NOT available? I asked for the mgr who was roaming in the kitchen immersed in paperworks why he had to bait us into ordering and trying to switch our choices with something else?The OIC said it's now suddenly available! With all the ruckus both were insultingly smirking! With this rotten attitude I almost hit the roof I was so ashamed and pissed off about this incident to think I brought my sister and US Army Lieutenant bro-in-law to this establishment hoping to get a good experience from the Philippines! I told the OIC what kind of training Joshua had as its misinformation and uncivilized attitude and conduct unbecoming even for the OIC who shld be monitoring instead of doing paperworks in front of the customers that early in the evening they shldn't be pre-closing! Jhay R the dining crew was the only one who saved the day by being attentive to our other needs at the dining but Joshua & the OIC gave the worst impression ever about what El Pollo Loco was all about!
